While staying in our Oasis gardens, you will delight in your location, as you can stroll through
fragrant gardens ... or just a few blocks to the ancient mission, many fine restaurants & art galleries.
The gorgeous beaches and surf on our Pacific ocean, romantic Mexican sunsets, amazing
star-filled skies, or moonlight... Again, it's only a short distance to our spectacular beaches.
To put it simply, come to soothe your body, mind and soul...

GUEST HOUSES
Casa Santa Luz  $190.00 per night.  Very spacious & tranquil guesthouse, includes separate bedroom with a King-bed,
TV DVD AC, spacious closet, bathroom with tub & shower, charming living room with fireplace. Living room opens to a private
furnished-terrace. Dining room & a Day-room with couch (also-single bed)... Fountain & garden, and a secret path to pool.

Casa Del Palmar  $165.00 per night. This palapa style house includes a bedroom alcove with Queen-bed, private bath
with shower & tub, en suite living room with dining area, TV DVD, covered terrace & gardens, outdoor dining & kitchen cottage.
Casa De Palmar is situated within our natural palm grove surrounded by tropical fruit trees and waving ancient palms.

Casita Del Encanto  $125.00 per night. This red tile roofed cottage includes a bedroom alcove with Queen-bed,
en suite sitting area, small desk, overhead fan, wet bar, private bath with shower... And, 2 private patios!

MASTER-SUITES
Ground Floor:  Suite San Juan Diego  $225.00 per night, luxurious king size bed in bedroom, private bath
with shower and Jacuzzi tub, AC, TV/ DVD, living/dining room with gourmet kitchen & powder room, private balcony with
lovely vistas -- which can be conjoined to Suite Santa Barbara to form a 2 bedroom 3 bath (King bed, 2 Queen-bed) suite

Ground Floor: Suite Santa Barbara   $185.00 per night, 2 queen beds, TV/DVD A/C
en suite sitting area with wet bar, private balcony and luxurious bathroom with shower and tub.

Upstairs: Suite San Francisco   $185.00 per night. Luxurious king size bed in bedroom alcove
TV/DVD A/C , beautiful bathroom with shower and tub, spacious living room with wet bar,
opens to private balcony with spectacular views ... A lovely respite on a garden cantera terrace.

Upstairs: Suite Santa Clara   $185.00 per night. Luxurious king size bed in bedroom alcove,
TV/DVD A/C, beautiful bathroom with shower and tub, living room with fold-out
Queen-bed and wet bar, opens to private balcony amazing vistas.

HACIENDA  (Combining Four Master-Suites)
Casa de Los Santos is a beautiful Mexican colonial style Villa that offers old world charm, the comforts
of home and unforgettable views of the Todos Santos valley which meanders to the sea. Composed of
four master suites, a gourmet kitchen, three wet bars, living and dining room with powder room
four balconies and two terraces. Amenities include mini-split air AC, TV, DVD, wireless internet,
daily housekeeping services which include turning beds down in the evening…
The Casa can be rented as a 4 Master-suite Villa or as a 2-bedroom master suite
or (as listed above) as four individual suites. 


All GUEST QUARTERS are quoted is in US dollars or its equivalent in Mexican pesos
based on double or single occupancy per house/suite.  A 3% Hotel tax added to final charges.
There is a $20 usd charge for additional guest per night. Use of the pool, palapa, daily
housekeeping services as well as other amenities...always included for our guests.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If reservations are cancelled one month prior to visit the entire deposit amount
is refunded minus $50.00 dollars plus bank charges if deposit was made via credit card payment.
If reservation is cancelled after the one month period  the deposit is non- refundable. Of course,
if possible I will do my best to rent the accommodation;  if successful we will return the deposit
or proportionate amount minus the $50.00 dollar payment  and bank charges if applicable.
Todos Santos is located on the Pacific Coast of Baja California Sur approximately 50 miles south of
La Paz and 50 miles north of Cabo San Lucas.  Both La Paz (LAP) and Los Cabos (SJD)  are international
